Return Policy

We try our best to make sure your orders are smooth and painless, but we also understand that on occasion things need to be returned. This return policy is part of our commitment to your satisfaction.

All new musical instruments and mouthpieces are allowed five (5) days for trial, starting from the delivery date as shown by the shipping carrier's tracking status. After the trial period, you may still return the item(s) for an additional five (5) days, but a 15% restocking fee will be charged. For full refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All other items not described above may be returned within thirty (30) days. If defective, original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. If not defective, item must be unopened.

Shipping
Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx or other traceable method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination. If needed, we can issue a Return Service label for you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your balance.
