30-Day Return Period
We understand that occasionally you may have a change of heart about your purchase and may need to make a return. That’s why we give you 30 days to return your new instrument, mouthpiece, supplies, and accessories (minus the excepted product types listed below.) The 30-Day Return Period begins on our ship date, and we must receive your returned item before the end of the period.
In order to maintain our competitive pricing, a 10% clean/sterilize/restock fee applies to returns of instruments, mouthpieces and bows.
Out of courtesy to publishers and other customers, we are not able to accept returns of the following items: books, CD's, DVD's, videos, software, soundware, recorders, strings, reeds, drum heads, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes, rosin, harmonicas, pitch-pipes, flutophones, recorders, tin whistles, "world" wind instruments, earplugs, in-ear monitors, clothing, or jewelry.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, and in original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual.
Make a return
1. Contact us for an approved Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
2. Repack your item in brand-new condition, complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual. Use the original packaging and boxes, and mark the outside of the box with the RAN. We cannot accept shipments which are not marked with the RAN. Ship the item prepaid and insured, by UPS or FedEx to the address we provide, to arrive within the 30-Day Return Period. Be sure to retain your tracking number.
Local customers: In most cases, you will need to ship your return items to our warehouse. As a courtesy to you, we will accept returns of selected supplies and accessories at our storefront, with a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for more information.
Form of refund: Credit will be issued to your credit card for the product value, excluding shipping and handling charges.
