We ship exclusively with UPS for orders within the United States. USPS is available in special cases (e.g. military addresses) and international shipments. For your protection, all shipments are insured.
Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the items (for insurance), and total weight of all the items on your order. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, the shipping charges are no longer eligible for refund.

- Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for delivery on all ground shipments.
- Scimonetti Band & Orchestra Inc. reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
- All packages may require signature and it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
