Our "Free Shipping" offer provides insured, UPS Ground shipping on the marked item, and applies only to shipments delivered to a street address in the lower 48 states. Sorry, no PO/FPO/APO addresses qualify. Contact us for quotes on expedited shipping on these marked items or for shipment to other locations. This is a limited-time offer which may change at any time. We reserve the right to ship by alternate carrier if needed.
All other orders within the United States are shipped via UPS. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method you choose, weight and cost of insurance. Please contact us for a quote on international deliveries or deliveries to a PO/FPO/APO address.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 days and received within 4-8 business days.
For your protection, all shipments are insured, and in the case of a valuable instrument or accessory, may require your signature. Please make arrangements to accept your delivery. Be advised that once the order has been placed, shipping charges are no longer eligible for refund.
If an item is backordered, you won’t be charged for the item purchase until the item ships. In addition, we will pay the shipping costs for backordered items.
